Choc’ full of Nuts protein balls

Embrace the beneficial fats and natural sweetness of our super quick and easy, raw, chocolate, seed and nut protein balls, to fuel your active body.

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Wooden or metal spoon
  • Tray covered with baking paper

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups cashews or other oily nuts such as macadamia
  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp hemp protein powder or other powder protein
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional but highly recommended

Instructions
 

  • Simply put all the ingredients into a food processor or hand processor (nuts first) and blend away. The mixture should be smooth but still contain some nut chunks.
  • Roll into small balls about the size of …. well why don’t you decide!
